[Sca-cooks] Oven temps

We got an oven thermometer. We fiddled with the dial until the oven
thermometer read 350 degrees or whatever it was that we wanted. The we
marked the dial with a Sharpie. Turn the dial to the Sharpie mark, and
voila - 275 or 350 or whatever it is we want.

The only time this is really important is when my Sweetie the knife
maker is tempering knives in the oven. The rest of the time "close" is
usually good enough.
