[Sca-cooks] List Etiquette?

I believe that some list mail programs can be set to reject messages
over a certain length - i.e., anything close to the length of a digest,
to keep people from accidentally responding without clipping one.  I
know I did so once (was getting used to a new program and hit the wrong
button,) and it was fortunately rejected.  Does anybody know if that
option is available on the list manager that ansteorra uses?
