[Sca-cooks] what can we do was re:I quit

I was present at a discussion between two gentles that use wheelchairs
regarding the GWW site. The only place they experienced difficulties was
when the gravel bed ran down the center of the Merchants Row.  Otherwise,
the site seemed to be pretty acceptable (MOSTLY, not perfectly).

Usually we all help each other. USUALLY. Unfortunately, I've found that
asking knights for assistance in my end of Caid very seldom produces
something positive.  Of all the events I've cooked at, I've seen _one_
knight in a kitchen helping, there was one other knight who once stopped in
for a moment, did a few dishes and left (this is over the span of 10
years).  Then again, our end of the world has some remarkably odd social
attitudes when we compare to other parts of the US.
