STRAWBERRY GRAND MARNIER SORBET

1/4 C  orage juice
1/4 C Grand Marnier
16 oz.  frozen straberries

Speed:    High
Time:      30 - 40 seconds
Yield:      8 servings (1/2 cup each)

Place all ingredients in the Vita-Mix container in the order listed.
Secure 2-part lid.
Select VARIABLE speed #1.
Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to #10; then to HIGH.
Run machine for 30 - 40 seconds or until  four mounds form.
Serve immediately.
