        Off another track of the same idea,  I'm cooking for a wedding
reception.  We're {Bride & I} thinking about cold roast beef.  Buying a deli
chunk of meat may be expensive {$5to $6/lb}  I could cook the roast myself,
{buying on sale, storing it in the freezer} But what  TYPE of roast??  I'm
looking for nice large roast same as I can get sliced at the Deli.  I have a
butcher to finangle with as well.
