I can tell if the glass wasn't dry when they poured my scotch. Went out to
dinner with friends and ordered Dewar's straight up. First it had ice in it,
then when I sent it back the bartender poured it into a new glass. However,
it was still watered down and I just said that it wasn't worth arguing about.
Scotch should NOT be watered down in the absolute least IMHO.
