[Sca-cooks] OOP fillings for phyllo purses?

I have a package of phyllo I need to use up, and a potluck to go to on
Sunday. I'm looking for ideas to make little phyllo purses for dessert, and
I need some filling suggestions. I was thinking either a baklava-type
filling (walnuts, almonds, currants, honey) or a chocolate ganache. Any
other ideas?
