One of my favourite desserts is a Greek one called Bughatsa.  Basically a
thick custard in square pockets of phyllo.  Sprinkle a bit of sugar and
cinnamon on top of the pastry before baking.  YUMMMM.  Make sure to leave
plenty of space for the custard to expand in the phyllo as it bakes.  I
usualy have 4 or 5 layers of phyllo
