Yup...that's one of the items we're preparing at Pennsic for the winners of
our Period Feast auction.  We're planning on freezing the roast in its
marinade, then cooking it on the grill at Pennsic.  I'll carry along extra
marinade to use with the drippings to make a reduced wine sauce to serve
with the roast.
