2)  Pizza boy delivered to kitchen back door during feast setup.

Worse; I have been to a feast where a bunch of the feasters got pizza delivered because the food was so suspect. (one of those event experiences best forgotten that one)

There was also an infamous event that I heard about, where the head of the group sat and ate Macdonalds out of the box at high table.
