Green chiles are fine, but green peppers, fortunately
tend to be rather sedentary. Bearers of bell peppers
might find themselves on the menu, however, although I
wouldn't be dining- long pig with bell peppers
inserted into body cavities just isn't my style, no
matter how well done.....
