Well, there is a chicken pynade recipe in Forme of Curry that combines
chicken with cinnamon, galengale, cardamom, ginger and pepper.  This is
cooked with honey and pine nuts to make a rather tasty candy (kind of like
taffy) but you could probably assume that the spices would sit well with each
other and with the chicken in other formats.  Be worth experimenting on
anyway.
