BTW, I may have a solution to the Grains/Cardamom problem, depending on how fast first class post can deliver. If the pack of Grains of Paradise that's now on its way to me gets to my front door before I leave for the course tomorrow morning, I'll take both those and cardamom along, and ask her which she wants us to use.
