You can find used copies of the
Elizabeth David English Bread and
Yeast Cookery for
as little as 8 dollars on
bookfinder.com. It is in-print
in the U.K., so it is possible to buy
it new. There were 2 US editions in hardback
by the way, in case you can't make sense of
the used book details. One was edited by
Jessica's Biscuit with notes by Brinna Sands.
 The earlier one was done
by Karen Hess.
