I have one of these Cloche Ovens that I bought from cooking.com a while ago. I have used it very sucessfully to bake bread in the fire. Stick it on coals/hot ash, pile same stuff all over it. Leave for about an hour and perfectly baked bread is the result. It is very cool and relatively easy to use in a camping situation. Helewyse
