Very few in each case seperately and together.  Most people seem to feel that
modern food is fine, and if they don't have to cook it, it's even better.
Me, I try to stick to period or perioid food as much as possible when
planning event food, but it doesn't always happen.  Pennsic especially tends
to fall into the quick and easy mode, and if that means sandwiches, so be it.
 I hav enever worried aobut staying with one culture/time period if making a
personal lunch or dinner for an event.
