[Sca-cooks] OOP fillings for phyllo purses?

So I took the phyllo, brushed each one with melted butter and stacked 'em 4
or 5 sheets thick. I cut the stack into six squares with a pastry wheel.
Then I took some Morello cherry preserves and put a good dollop in the
middle of each square (it could probably have used two full tablespoons
each; I used about one to one-and-a-half because I was trying to stretch one
jar). I bundled up the corners, put 'em on a baking sheet, sprinkled 'em
with sugar and baked 10 minutes in a 350F oven. Excellent! :-) Now to find a
large enough flat container with an airtight lid <scratching head>
