[Sca-cooks] Pie Crust

There are some recipes in Sabina Welser, which are about the earliest pie
dough recipes I can remember.  If you go Elizabethean, The Good Huswifes
Handmaide for Cookerie (1588) and Markham's The English Hous-wife have pie
dough recipes.

Some of these should be in the Florilegium as I was working with them about
two years ago.
