Ain't necessarily so.  We have one unbelted Count and even one unbelted Duke
in Caid. In the interest of diplomacy, I will leave the gentle readers to
their own speculations as to why this is so.  In my opinion, the Count
actually stands a chance of knighting at some future day... but he likes my
cooking, that's a good sign. <G>
