[Sca-cooks] egg slicers

a lot of feasts serve sliced eggs..
and often they are sliced into wedges. not little rounds slices like you
find in a salad bar.. i spent some time trying to peel some very
*uncooperative* eggs for this one time <grr>

 if you dont already know this gadget exsists.... there is a gadget that
slices wedges from eggs. works just like the one that slices round slices..
i found two at Fantes.... it would enable the less than talented with a
knife kitchen help/volunteers to slice pretty wedges... without us taking
our fingers off

<thus speaks someone who can weild a knife just fine. at home.  somehow i
turn into a complete Klutz in public>
