[Sca-cooks] Cranberry Chutney - OOP

Since the list is slow I thought I'd post this - it's perfect for
Thanksgiving if you like something a bit spicy.

Cranberry Chutney

1 cup whole cranberries
1 1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 1/2 cup dried tropical fruit mix
1 1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. mild curry powder

Mix everything together in a saucepan, bring to boil, reduce heat and
simmer until cranberries are tender.  Best served warm, but it keeps in
the fridge very well and reheats nicely.
