Could make a real difference since the 3% solution is 3% salt in water.
 Plus odd fatty tasting substances and nitrates, maybe.  I personally
would not brine an injected turkey.  I always choose pork, chicken,
turkey that are not treated with a solution of any sort.  I brine pork
and chicken nigh religiously, but would balk at a self-baster.

Could be a good experiment to try and tell us about.
