He, He, He That was too fun. I just HAD to run into my kitchen & try it out.
1 Serena handful =
1/2 C Walnut halves
1/3 C Brown Rice
1/8 C Cous Cous (and man did that make a mess)

So, contrary to instinct, the smaller something is the less I get.
