Additional tip: When cooling rice which you will later reheat, pour it out onto cold baking trays or into cool roasting pans to put into the fridge, so that it will cool faster. A big pot of just cooked rice shoved in to a fridge will keeps its internal warmth for far too long for safety. Kiriel
