[Sca-cooks] in need of a recipe

I have a roasted onion recipe that goes great with most kinds of meat, but
particularily well with pork...it almost ends up tasting like apples. A
simple pork roast with this dish would be a guaranteed A.

If anyone wants to throw in a roast pork dish, jump in.
I just usually go to the bulk store and get "meat spice rub" and add some
rosemary.
