The TI article that I wrote on Alessio has been accepted for publication
and will be out in the Spring issue of TI in April 2003.
I did locate the recipe for Brighid ni Chiarain by the way after some
difficulty, but that's a very long story full of bibliographic details
that I won't bore you all with here.
