No, you're not.  When viewing the text online, you can only read
one page at a time.  However, you can download all or part of the
document to your own computer.

And yes, it's difficult to read.  These are page images from the
actual book, which appears to be a bit faded in places.  Also, the
script used is not friendly to modern eyes.
