I was thinking of just one departure from the standard (other than the
cranberry chutney which I did last year and received no complaints, so
I'm doing it again because *I* like it) - I think I might do a version
of "Wastels yfarced" (substituting dried cranberries for the currants)
instead of the traditional stuffing.  I'm going to experiment with the
recipe tomorrow and see if it's worthwhile.

It's either that or do the trick that the showed on another FoodTV show
of cooking the stuffing in a pumpkin instead of the turkey.  That
looked way cool and has got to smell wonderful.
