[Sca-cooks] pumpkin custard

I have tried a pumpkin pie recipe with 2 tbsp. brandy (or some alcoholic
beverage)added.  It made for a nice change from the "back of the can"
recipe.  For the Non-Atkins crowd, putting on a streusel topping makes a
nice change, too.
