I'll probably go and prepare the turkey for her. She wants
to use a roasting bag instead of my Alton Brown turkey
suggestions. But I'll go and season it and do everything
to prepare it so she just has to pop it in the oven the
next day. The amusing thing is that she is supposed to
prepare this for 10 people but she still gets squeamish
taking out the giblets or rubbing butter under the skin.
