[Sca-cooks] First Turkey Jitters

One of my colleagues at the library got a scary reference call.  A
woman wanted the phone number of the Butterball Turkey hotline.
Seems she has this friend with Alzheimers who got a free turkey.
Said friend defrosted the turkey in her fridge for 4 days instead of
the recommended 2 days.  Okay, not too terrible.  But she's had it
in the oven for the past 2 days.  The caller was sure it was unsafe
to eat, but wanted an opinion from the experts.
