if you need a good cook book for youngsters,or others
with reading problems i can recommend "picture this:an
illustrated guide to complete dinners" by Susan
Bachner
illustrated by Tony DiPreta.
I've9;ve used it to help teach life skills in group
homes.
it's not period but a good start.
