Hey, gang, I've got a question related to the cookies I'm making for my
part of the exchange.
I test-drove one of the recipes, and it came out just a bit dry.
Obviously the moisture/flour balance needs tweaking, but I'm not sure
which I should tweak.
Which would be better, subtracting some flour? or adding a bit more
liquid or egg?
