[Sca-cooks] OOP: a different rice pudding

I had some leftover cooked rice from Chinese takeout, so I decided to make
rice pudding.  I found a standard recipe on the web:

I followed the basic recipe, but added 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots and 2
TBS chopped candied ginger.  I didn't bother with the water bath, and it
took about an hour to bake.  The ginger definitely livened up the
flavor.
