I thought that everyone knew that you test eggs for done-ness by spinning
them.  Hard ones spin nicely, since the yolk is held in place by the cooked
white.  Un-done ones wobble.

Of course, it's a little hard on the fingers spinning them hot
pertat..er...eggs (owie owie owie.)
