Almost all, yes... better pizza has a bit less, I think...(IMO, anyway)

It gets crisp and curls around the edges, and sometimes browns a bit more -
that kind of depends on how thick the pepperoni is cut...thinner curls and
browns and crisps more...

Definite browning occurs, as well as bubbling... it shouldn't burn too much
though...


To make this simpler for you, I went to www.corbis.com and found some pizza
pictures for you - they wouldn't let me link directly, but here are their
IDs...These are the most realistic ones I could find, so you may or may not
want to look at them... ;-)
