[Sca-cooks] pizza OOP

The best pizza I had was at a Scottsdale resort my husband took me to for
our anniversary. (It was fun to pull up to the valets with a 78 Ford pickup
with lots of wear on it) The pizza had an extremely thin crisp but delicate
crust and it was a take on a ham and pineapple pizza, but the ham was
something from Italy with a smoky taste that crept up on you. It was not
greasy and had just the right amount of sauce/topping. I have dreamt about
that pizza! I've never been back because I'm sure that it wouldn't be the
same twice.
