[Sca-cooks] Need Advice!

Presto makes the Gran Pappy, et al deep fryers. I prefer the $20 pot from
Wal-Mart....Presto Pot...it has a temperature modulator on it, so that you
can control (as much as can be expected) the temperature of the oil in the
pot. I still double check with a thermometer tho.
