Yes, cooking frumenty, and other grains, in large quantities can be
a problem. We have discussed this at various times on this list.
Unfortunately, I can't remember which files this info is in in the
Florilegium. However, anyone interested in the recommendation on how
to cook such things without burning them, might want to look in these
