This would have been the case in all of Christendom prior to the Great Schism
of 1054.  Up until that point it was all one church.  Therefore, up until
1054 that would have been the case for all (most) of Europe.  Remember,
however, the question of the date of Easter that caused a bit of a problem in
England (communication wasn't exactly 'instant' in those days).  Also, the
Eastern (and earlier Christian) Easter (called Pascha) is not on the same day
as the Western Easter -- long complicated calculations involved (Eastern MUST
be after Passover, as well as the other things considered in the
calbulations).  Next year, they are only one week apart.  The list given
there seems about right.
