Oooh, a thought! Wear the gloves, and only take them off while swearing
fealty. Talk to the Royals, and maybe you can do the between-the-hands
variety instead of swearing on the sword of state. Take the gloves off
right before you swear, and then put them on right away afterwards. Then
you'll be minimizing the amount of time that other people will see your
green hands. ;-)

Margaret, who has had blue (indigo), grey (faded black ink), yellow
(paste color) and red fingers (cochineal or paste color), but never green
