Dam*, I left the pictures at home.  I will post some on Monday.  The veggies
don't have cukes in them.  The meat terrine has beef, pork herbs and brandy
partially baked, weighted down to compress and then cooked off before
service.  It is a tasty brick of pure protien. I have pictures and will get
recipes for those and the cheese pudding.  We had that cheese pudding dish
at 12th night if anyone recalls it.  It was a huge success.  Maybe someone
else from Bright Hills has the answer now.
