[Sca-cooks] OT OOP special request

Hi folks!

A strange request, but...

My daughter is having trouble convincing various entities that she is who
she says she is, and lives where she lives. If any of you have letterhead
envelopes that look Official and not like personal mail, could you send a
note to a frustrated Freshman? She currently needs official-looking mail to
help establish her address with DMV so she can get a state picture ID (she
doesn't drive) so she can access her own bank account... (her utilites are
included in her rent, and she doesn't have a phone yet partly becasue she
can't access her bank account...)
