I just wanted to say Thank You (shukran, teshekkur ederim, merci) to everyone who took the time to respond to my request for recommendations for Persian cookbooks.  "The New Food of Life: Ancient Persian & Modern Iranian cooking & Cermonies" has been added to my list of Things to Buy - REAL SOON :).
