[Sca-cooks] OOP: Shredded noodles

Though I haven't seen it done with a cleaver from across a room, it is done
with a lump of dough on a plate, that is turned in the hand, the other hand,
with a chopstick or a knife (seen it done with both) flicks the noodles down
into the boiling water.  You can get a good view of this being done, if you
happen to have a copy of the old James Burke TV series... can't remember if
it's one of the episodes of "The Day The Universe Changed" or the original
"Connections"

I've tried it a couple of times with my big coocking chopsticks... I usually
end up with bizzare shaped wide noodles.....and when I first tried it, I
ended up with ..... dumplings.. really long ones.
