[Sca-cooks] Sabatier knives at Amazon.com

I looked at them- they have them in stainless as well as in hagh-carbon. The
description says "stamped". I'm figuring that these are Sabatier's low end
knives. While they're probably a bit better than most low-end knives, I
suspect that you're buying the name, and not much else.....
