Generys, I'm not sure how long you have been on this list but Olwen

has regaled us with a number of nice tidbits on making marzipan and
making things with it. Perhaps you might like to glance through this
file before you take her class to get some background and so you
have some time to come up with some nifty questions for her. :-)
