You know....  There's a very easy solution for that.  Don't wear gloves...

While it is difficult to properly wash one's hands, especially when wearing
tons of jewelry and having longish nails, we really ought to wash early,
and often.  And if that's done, I'm of the opinion that gloves are
unecessary.  Andrew, my lord, care to address this?

I dislike the false sense of security gloves bring.  Too many times I see
people using gloves *in place* of washing one's hands.  Too often again, I
see people putting gloves on and never changing them.

So, yeah, if you *must* use gloves, don't use latex ones...  But consider
that properly washing hands might be better....
