Go with the flow and enjoy it. Be sure and thank all the help. If you find
you need more help, ask that some be rounded up. Sometimes people who
promised to help never show up or show
up hours late. Be prepared to substitute people if needed. Be prepared to
simplify dishes as needed if time and serving dishes become an issue. It
might be not as you intended but it will be fine. It won't matter if the
dishes come out in another order as along as they come out.
