I'm in Jacksonville, Fl. A city that thinks its a whole lot bigger and more
cosmopolitan than it really is. We've got the Super Bowl in 2005. Ooo. Ahh.
Yawn. (We don't even have enough hotel rooms for the NFL people, much less
the big spenders who would come to the game. They want to bring in cruise
ships to take care of them. The highlight of our late night dining is Waffle
House....)

I was confident enough that I could find almond meal or at least ground
almonds that I didn't try to buy them online in a timely fashion. We have a
lot of places that *should* have the ground almonds, but most of them only
have the tiny packets you sprinkle on ice cream. Not very cost effective.
